Women's Voices is a feminist newspaper by, for, and about women, published monthly in Sonoma County, California. Our goal is to provide a forum for the exploration of women's issues and concerns, and to provide information on events, news items, and organizations of interest to the women's community.

Our first issue was published in October, 1980 by a small collective under the non-profit umbrella of the Women's Support Network, a local organization that sought to nurture women's enterprises. The vision was to offer a local venue for women's writing, to empower women, and to build a sense of community. Many women have put their time and efforts into this paper, making it truly a labor of love, enjoyed by the community over the years.
