Please submit a copy of your article, typewritten and double spaced (1,000 word limit). We reserve the right to edit copy, and will contact the author if major changes are required. Please include name, address, and phone number. Letters should be limited to 300 words. DEADLINE FOR COPY IS THE 10th OF EACH MONTH. Advertising Rates and Deadlines With the exception of calendar listings, all ad copy and payment must be received by the 15th of the month prior to publication. Send to: Womenıs Voices, P.O. Advertisers will be billed for continuing ads two weeks prior to the deadline for each issue; payment must be received by the deadline in order to qualify for the discount. Cancellations must be given in writing and received before the deadline. Late cancellations will be billed for final month of appearance. Women's Voices reserves the right to refuse advertising on the basis of graphics and/or written content. Rates: These rates apply to camera-ready copy only. A small charge will be added if additional work is needed, and $25/hr. for graphic design. If you wish to discontinue an ongoing ad, please notify us in writing by the 15th of the month prior to cancellation. Business and Professional Rates and Deadlines For women-owned businesses and services. Maximum 5 lines; each
containing up to 32 characters per line including spaces or punctuation.
$70/5 issues (6 mos.). Calendar listings are free for events that do not charge a fee,
or request donations. Free listing with paid display ad. Everyone
else, please include $5 for each listing. Copy deadline for calendar
listings is the 13th of the month prior to publication; payment
